Dr. Vikram Sehgal, MBBS, MS (Gold Medalist) orthopaedics has graduated and postgraduated from JNMC, AMU, Aligarh.
He worked as senior resident in JNMC for 3 years after postgraduation during which period he was involved in various academic (teaching) and surgical activities in orthopaedic department, JNMC, both trauma and joint replacement surgeries.
For the last 20 years he has been working as Orthopaedic Consultant and Joint Replacement Surgeon in Sehgal Nursing Home.
He has special interest in Minimally invasive fracture surgeries and has been doing fracture fixation using this approach for more than 20 years successfully with good results.
The main advantage of such fracture fixation is small incision, less blood loss, short hospital stay and early recovery of patients.
